Commission ToS

General:

- By commissioning me you agree to the following Terms of Service:

- I draw both SFW and NSFW 

- I have the right to refuse commission for any reason.

- Price guide includes basic prices but some orders may be considered individually

 

Payment:

- Payments via PayPal (in Euro).

- Payments are made up-front, before I start the work.(paymant plan is possible but ask)

- Payment provides a slot in my commission queue.

- Client can get a full refund if I cancel the order for personal reasons.

 

Methods of work:

- I always send sketches and rough color(quick pose sketch> normal detailed sketch> rough color sketch) to client for approval before I continue the illustration.

- On request I can do a stream (in the time suitable for me).

- When commissioning art with characters owned by multiple people the artist will talk only to the single representative. To avoid confusion and misunderstanding decide beforehand what you would like to have drawn and choose a single person to discuss the details

 

Rights to ART:

- My clients have rights to re-post the artwork as long as my signature is visible, and also can use art for personal icons, banners, or prints for their private use.

- I retain full rights to my artwork: rights to publish, re-post, and selling prints of the artwork.

- Full rights to my artwork can be bought for an additional fee.

 

Deadlines:

- By default I finish commissions within 2 months.

- Clients can request a shorter deadline for their commission for an additional fee (but I can refuse a deadline if it doesn't fit my schedule).

- I keep my clients up to date with their commissions status.

Adoptable characters:

- Payment is to be made within 24 hours from the declaration of purchase.

- Reservations are only available for my regular customers.

- As an owner of the character you can feel free to use it in any way.

- I still retain the right to the artwork. 

 

Auctions:

- Bidding made at the very last few minutes before the ending time will extend the auction by 15 minutes until there are no more bids.

- Payment must be made within 48 hours after the auction ending.

- Payment is made via PayPal.

- Bids and payments are in EUR.

- False or joke bids and rude comments will be instantly reported.
